A nightmare

Looking outside from my balcony, the whole place was flooded with rushing water and scary-looking grey-purplish clouds covered the sky at one instance. This condition was alternating  constantly with bright sunny weather. When the scary and gloomy-looking clouds appeared,slowly came together, creepy and horrendous alarm was also heard. Only 4 words popped up on my mind - End of the world. At this time, I was still in Whangarei. I missed my family so much that I wanted to tell how much I love them and wish that I was not alone here.

After much panicking like a headless chicken, the  mayhem returned back to normal, but with a lot of destruction to the buildings and mother nature. This scene was just like the time at war and also the various catastrophic natural disasters that we have seen at different countries. The best one to describe the scenario is the movie 2012. I really thought it is Whangarei's turn to experience this and yes, I was really scared to death at that time. 

Unknowingly, I was in the cinema with a friend. We were watching a 3D movie and funny enough, I was wearing a normal 2D glasses which was just like a normal plastic specs but my friend wore a black-framed 3D glasses. In the middle of the movie, I told him, "Hey, isn't this the one you told me after the horrible incident happened at Whangarei". He was puzzled. When the flooding scene appeared, I, once again, told him that he told me this before just after the daunting experience at the place I am staying now. He remembered and I borrowed his 3D glasses and before I am able to put them on, someone was knocking loudly at the front door. 

It was all a dream but not a very frightening dream. I was relieved to know this is not real but still feeling terrified that one day, this might turn into a reality. Can this be a premonition?
